TenseTester: Test your English Tenses

The popular computer program is now available as an App.

TenseTester App is designed to help you to improve your verb tenses in English. All tenses, as well as modal verbs, are tested.

Each test comprises 20 multiple-choice items, randomly generated from a bank of over 500 options, which appear automatically.

When you have finished the test you can see which tenses you made mistakes in. Then you can review each incorrect answer, check its grammar and see more examples in action.

Your own progress report will always keep you up-to-date.
